Description:
Magnetostrictive sensor is a new type of displacement and liquid level sensor developed based on the Wiedemann effect of magnetostrictive materials, achieving metrological level. By using non-contact measurement methods, the service life of the sensor will not be reduced due to friction, wear, and other reasons. Its good environmental adaptability, reliability, and stability bring great convenience to users, and it has obvious advantages compared to products such as conductive rubber, LVDT, and resistive displacement sensors. The output signal of a sensor is a true absolute position output, rather than a proportional or signal that needs to be further amplified, so there is no signal drift or variation. Therefore, there is no need to regularly recalibrate and maintain it like other sensors. It is precisely because its output signal is absolute, even if the power is interrupted and reconnected, it will not pose a problem to data reception, let alone reset to zero.
Applications:
Can be widely used inmetallurgical rolling mill, hydraulic valve control, wind power generation, injection molding machine, rubber machinery, filling machine, etc
